Product Description
Product Introduction
The new bulk cylinder filling rack evolved from the existing gas filling manifold, saving floor space and reducing the time for manual handling of cylinders, thus allowing for centralized filling in bulk racks. This filling station uses iron bracket fixing devices, changing the previously used collection pipes to square collection devices. Each filling port is connected with a high-pressure metal filling hose with a protective sleeve and steel wire rope. The lower end of the hose is equipped with a stainless steel handwheel for convenient connection with the cylinder interface. The entire gas filling process is completed by an independent filling control cabinet, which is simple, convenient, and easy to operate.
This device is a new type of filling equipment developed to reduce manual handling problems and improve production efficiency for gas filling units. The standard configuration of the bulk cylinder filling rack is a 16-cylinder group, and it can also be manufactured according to user requirements. Below is an overall rendering of the bulk cylinder filling, with the system equipped with a cylinder sorting area, full cylinder area, equipment area, and long tube trailer filling area. The filling system consists of a panel system, filling platform, filling station, cylinder bulk racks, etc., and is installed entirely on-site, without hot work, only requiring connection to existing pipelines.
The filling system has 2 workstations on the left and 2 on the right. Each workstation can be set for 12, 16, or 20 cylinders. A single side fill completes 24, 32, or 40 cylinders, and filling is completed in 30 minutes as required. After cylinder sorting is completed, the cylinders are loaded onto the bulk cylinder racks and transported to the workstation for filling using a manual forklift or electric forklift.

Configuration Requirements
The bulk racks can be designed for 16 cylinders, or for 12 or 20 cylinders. The design should be based on the actual site conditions and the actual number of cylinders required for filling. For the control panel section, you can choose to add pressure sensors to set filling based on pressure values, or use the partial pressure method for proportioning mixed gases (such as MIG welding gas). The automatic filling system is equipped with pressure sensing devices to enable the entire system to achieve automatic venting, vacuuming, filling, shutdown, and alarm functions. The manual filling system is generally used for large-volume filling of industrial gases with relatively lower added value, and high-purity gases and pure gases also use this filling method due to good sealing, which can achieve excellent vacuum and purity.
