Product Introduction
The hydrogen purification device uses electrolyzed water hydrogen as raw material. The hydrogen enters the gas-water separator of the purification device, and after separating the deionized water, it enters the deoxygenator. Under the action of the palladium-platinum catalyst, the oxygen impurities in the raw hydrogen react with hydrogen to generate water vapor. After removing the oxygen impurities, it passes through the hydrogen cooler and hydrogen condenser (using cooling water) and the automatic gas-water separator to separate the deionized condensate, then enters the molecular sieve adsorption dryer (I) for dehumidification, and then adjusts the purification working pressure through the pressure regulating valve and removes dust through a high-efficiency filter to obtain pure hydrogen products.
Note: According to the actual operating conditions, the heating temperature, regeneration cooling time, and valve switching time can be adjusted appropriately. The valve switching time can also be determined according to the dew point value. An online analyzer (micro-water meter, micro-oxygen meter) can also be added at the outlet of the device to automatically detect the purity of the product hydrogen according to customer needs. Once the hydrogen is unqualified, an alarm will be triggered, and the vent valve will vent the gas. After the problem is solved and qualified, the production of qualified pure hydrogen products will automatically resume.
